These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Shasya Foods. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian rupees and are inclusive of all taxes. No product is sold above its MRP.
- Product images are for illustration. Natural, sun-dried products vary slightly in colour, size and shape from batch to batch.
- Every product is delivered with at least 30% of its shelf life or 45 days before its best-before date remaining, whichever is more.
- Net quantity, MRP, best-before and other declarations are shown under “Product information” on each product page and printed on every pack. If there is any difference, the details on the pack prevail.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order applies to that order.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive an order ID. We may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, a non-serviceable pin code or a pricing error, and will refund any amount paid in full.
Payments
Orders are currently paid by cash or UPI on delivery. UPI, cards and netbanking through a secure payment gateway will be added later. For a disputed online payment, please write to us before raising a chargeback with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content, images or design for commercial use without written permission. All content belongs to Shasya Foods.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan.
