Where do Shasya products come from?
We source directly from farming families and village producers in Marwar and the Thar desert. Ker, sangri, kachri and gawar are hand-picked and sun-dried the traditional way.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No. Every batch is cleaned in a three-step process to remove stones and impurities, and packed without artificial preservatives, colours or fillers.
How long do the products last?
Bajri and gehun atta are best before 3 months from packing; lal mirch, dhaniya and haldi 8 months; ker, sangri, kachri, gawar, mangodi, gatta, Nagauri methi and lehsun chutney 10 months. The exact best-before is printed on every pack. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, a flat ₹59 applies. We ship across India in 3 to 7 working days.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available on all pin codes we serve.
Can I return a product?
Food products cannot be returned once delivered, for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours with a photo or unboxing video and we will replace it or refund you.
Do you make custom hampers for weddings and companies?
Yes. We make custom hampers from 25 boxes upwards, with your logo or a personal note. Write to us from the Gifting page.
