Shasya Foods (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and how you can control it. It is written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Details you give us at checkout or in forms: name, mobile number, email and delivery address.
• Order details: products, amounts and payment method. Orders are currently paid on delivery. When online payment is enabled, it will be handled by a licensed payment gateway and we will never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Basic technical data such as device and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, and to issue invoices.
• To reply to your messages, enquiries and complaints.
• To send recipes and offers, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.

Consent

By placing an order or submitting a form, you consent to us using your data for the purpose stated above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this will not affect processing already done.

Sharing

We share your delivery details only with our courier partners, and payment details only with our payment gateway, to complete your order. We may disclose data if required by law. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting laws, and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, or nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, by writing to shasyafood@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage only to remember your shopping bag. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts, some photographs and videos on this site are loaded from third-party services (Google Fonts, Unsplash and Pexels), which receive your IP address when they deliver them.

Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Form data is stored on secured servers with access limited to our team.

Grievances

For any concern about your data, contact our Grievance Officer as described on the Grievance redressal page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
