Shipping policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Charges

• Orders of ₹499 and above: free delivery.
• Orders below ₹499: flat ₹59.
• Cash on delivery is available at no extra cost.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Metro cities: 3–5 working days. Rest of India: 5–7 working days.
• You receive the courier tracking number by SMS or email once your order ships. You can also check the status on the Track order page.

Serviceable pin codes

If we cannot deliver to your pin code, we will tell you before dispatch and refund any amount paid in full.

Shelf life at delivery

Every product is delivered with at least 30% of its shelf life or 45 days before its best-before date remaining, whichever is more.

Hampers and bulk orders

Custom and corporate hampers are dispatched on the date agreed at the time of order.

Delays

Weather, festivals or courier disruptions can occasionally delay deliveries. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, write to shasyafood@gmail.com with your order ID.
